Building Bridges to create a network of organizations and individuals to support DHS child welfare activities in Hughes and Seminole counties -- leadership, volunteers, donors, facilities, facilitators, and partnerships. Support activities of the Network began in October 2018 and continued in full operation until the COVID-19 pandemic closed in-person activities in mid-March 2020. In-person activities resumed in the summer of 2022.
